I, the undersigned, do hereby certify:
THAT I am the duly elected Secretary of the l(ings Point Property Owners Association,
Inc., a Texas non-proht corporation; and
THAT the foregoing By-laws constitute the current By-laws of the Association and were
duly approved by the members of the Association after proper notice at the annual meeting held
on November 14,2015, and thereafter adopted by the Board of Directors.
